The caused is the sprinkler system, where at least nine people got injured Monday night of June 15.
According to the management of the mall the incident occurred at 8:50 p.m. when parts of the acoustic board drop ceiling fell during an exclusive event at the cinema.
The people inside the cinema were attending a company event when the incident occurred.
Ayala Center Cebu management assured to the public that the safety of their customers continue to be their top priority in the mall.
