Jao Mapa is one of the young actors in the 90's. He became popular after doing a Pepsi commercial. He was once part of Eat Bulaga and ASAP. He took a break from showbiz in 2000 to finish his degree at the University of Sto. Tomas. Jao finished Fine Arts major in Advertising.
He is married to Cecille and has three children, namely, Benjamin, Caleb and Amber Marie.
