A distracted driver was captured on a cop's body camera crashing into a patrol car. Officers stood around talking when all of a sudden a Toyota RAV 4 smashes right into the vehicle. No one was inside. Police say the driver, who has not been identified, then admitted he was looking down at his phone playing Pokemon Go.
