Si Jowee Ann ay nagtapos ng Bachelor of Arts (Major in Political Science and Minor in Literature) sa Ateneo de Manila University kung saan siya nagpatuloy sa law school bago siya lumipat sa San Beda College of Law sa Alabang.
Matapos siyang grumaduate sa law in May 2016, agad sumabak si Jowee sa review para sa November bar exam.
