BlackBerry has sold its Las Colinas, TX office campus this week officially after marketing the property to potential buyers for months. The property was purchased by Canadian investor Brookfield Property Group. The 460,000-square-foot office has belonged to BlackBerry since 2009, but unfortunately with recent layoffs and losses, they were forced to sell it off.
