This video is about a group of children having a good time in their drinking session. They have their Pulutan, Chaser a local brand of vodka called The Bar and a loud music background. You can see in the video that there are adults around these kids watching them on their session.
Netizens react to this video saying this kids should be drinking milk not vodka. Other say these kids should be playing "Piko" and "Chinese Garter" instead of drinking alcohol.
