Captain America: Civil War doesn't have a massive amount of known deleted scenes we know, unused early concepts and characters that were considered and then discarded before the final product.
This includes the likes of missing characters like Bruce Banner and The Hulk, The Wasp, Nick Fury, Pepper Potts and Netflix characters including the likes of Daredevil and Jessica Jones. This also gets into things like different variations of the Spider-man we saw including the black suit version and one with organic shooters, before the John Romita version was settled on.
As far as literal deleted scenes there's a few cut jokes here and there as well as trimmed actions sequences, the airport fight sequence being the one most tweaked. There's also a missing Black Widow and Captain America fight, a Black Widow T'Challa discussion and a pretty cool sounding sequence involving Captain America, War Machine, Bucky and Falcon.
