In 1987, a man named Rutledge William who currently lived in Africa revealed an incredible that was the center.
According to his accoutn he was a member of the Apollo mission to the moon XX. We know that the Apollo mission only reached the number XVll but according to Rutledge said the other three were secret and in collaboration with Soviet Union. This man said in great detail having participated in two of these three secret missions, the failed trip XlX and XX Apollo mission launched in August 1976 from the Vandenberg base of the US Air Force.
