A man told his bride he wanted a divorce as she raised her veil to show him her face for the first time.
The pair, who had never met before the planned marriage, was getting ready to pose for photos after walking down the aisle.
The groom leaped to his feet and said: You’re not the girl I imagined. I’m sorry, but I divorce you.”
The woman is said to have fallen down in hysteria in Medinah in Saudi Arabia as wedding guests intervened to attempt to resolve it.
