Less than a week into Tom Rodriguez’s admission that he’s courting his My Destiny love interest Carla Abellana, the Kapuso actress confirmed they are exclusively dating.
Carla shared on 24 Oras that her family has already known Tom for a while. In fact, he recently joined her at her family dinner.
“I guess lately nabigyan kami naman ng chance na makapagdinner together, ‘yung mommy ko, ‘yung auntie ko at saka ‘yung sister ko. So ‘yun lang, parang getting to know,” she said.
She also described Tom’s courtship as being “Very traditional, very gentleman pa din,” and added that her on-cam leading man wants to take things slow.
Carla also expressed that she looks forward to going out with her suitor. “If we had the time ‘di ba, we could date.
‘Yung ganyan, but honestly pareho kaming busy so kung mabibigyan talaga ng chance, of course we would like to go out on dates ‘di ba,” she admitted. The bliss Carla experiences in their blossoming relationship also helps her ignore comments from her bashers.
Next month, Carla will go on another trip abroad with Tom Rodriguez for a Kapusong Pinoy event in Los Angeles County, California. It was earlier reported that it was during their Vietnam tour when the two developed deeper feelings for each other.
